Whitney Blackwell has found her calling as a picture framer. She completed her art education at Southern Oregon University in Ashland and has always called Oregon home. Her background in art and design started as a child and has been the driving force behind her passions. As a creative artist and problem-solver, she brings a unique approach to each and every custom framing design.
